Has anyone else had problems getting hold of your student loans Adjournment Pack. My student loan deferment did not pack the usual time, I called and asked for another, I actually phoned three times as long before one came. Because of this I have incurred bank charges, the student loan company will not reimburse. Just wondering if anyone else out there has had problems with them.
