My husband and I are planning to move to Virginia in 2 years for graduate school and finally we are sick of the house of life. We would like to move to a house (but do not want to buy because we will have our ears in student loans) but we are not sure whether that would be a good idea. We have no children, so we were thinking to rent a 2-3 bedroom house would not be such a bad idea. Some houses are more expensive than an apartment, but we estimate that we might be able to handle while the budget. Not knowing what to do, any idea, opinion, advice? Thands
