Will my fed tax refund be taken for my husbands student loans in default?
I had no idea of the student loans.My husband told me after I got online to file with turbo tax and sent it. I'm the main source of income. I was laid off in July and my unemployment is running out in two weeks so my refund was supposed to help us. He has no income whatsoever because he has a serious heart condition.
