What is the best to get a loan?

I am a college student and I have to get a loan for next semester. This is the first time they have gone something like this and I know that to make the loan. My university has a couple of private lenders as the loan given response Academic SunTrust, Chase private student loans (not certified), Sallie Mae Education Trust, Chase Select private loans, Sallie Mae's response Enrollment (non-certified), Wells Fargo loan colligiate discover private education loans, Wells Fargo Education Connection Loan (not certified), discovering the private education loans, and CitiAssist Loan. Which should I choose? Would it be better if it was not certified?

Use the lender with the lowest interest rate and is "government support" as Sallie Mae. You do not start paying a loan from the government until graduates and gives 10 years to repay, usually in a good interest rate below prime.
